Laura’s Nature School Summer Concert Series
Summer evenings invite us to enjoy great music, shared meals, and the joy of building community. The backyard concerts bring Nature School families, friends, and neighbors together to enjoy Colorado summer nights.
Beginning in the summer of 2020, my backyard transformed into a little neighborhood gathering place where local musicians take the stage and Nature School families, friends, and neighbors come together for an evening of live music and community. Everyone brings a favorite food to share, the playground is available for children to play and explore, and families settle in to visit and enjoy local bands. These relaxed summer evenings are about so much more than a concert though, they remind us of the importance of sharing a meal, meeting our neighbors, and giving children the experience of growing up surrounded by a community that knows each other. There’s something pretty magical about building community and supporting live music all while enjoying a Colorado sunset!
